  • Will this SDK also convert popular audio formats like MP3, WMA etc.? If yes, what's the complete list of formats that it'll support?
Flash Video MX SDK V2 can convert any audio files into FLV files as long as your audio file can be played on your computer. If it can not be played, please install the corresponding encoder. There is a Codec List in the installation folder, which introduces the needed encoder and download link when you can not play one kind of file format.

In the Flash Video MX SDK V2 Command Line interface, you can use -sa audio file to add audio to convert FLV. When you are using -s source_file, it will add the audio and video in the source_file. You can also use option -l, -t to add image, text watermark. In this way, the generated FLV files will contain the audio you wanted and image, text watermark which you like.

In the Flash Video MX SDK V2 COM interface, it provides AddAudioSource, AddImageWaterMark, AddTextWaterMark to complete the corresponding functions. For more information, please check the Flash Video MX SDK V2 Documentation which is under the installation folder.
  • Do we need another license for Flash Video SDK V2 to run a trial version on a second server? Also how to get an additional license if needed?
If you want to use the retail version on a second server, sure you need another license, the way to get which is to purchase another copy of software. But if you only want to run the SDK trial version on a second server, it is of course unnecessary for you to get another license for our license is only included in the retail version. However, you should note that the retail version and trial version have the same functions except that there is watermark in the trial version.
