How to embed FLV video in my blog on blogspot with HTML?

Blogspot is a free weblog publishing tool from Google, for sharing text, photos and video. When creating a blog, it provides two working environments: Compose and Edit html.

"Compose" is easy for users to create content in a "what you see is what you get" way. "Edit html" is handy for users who are used to code. Now to embed Flash video files in the blog, you can upload your video to video sites like YouTube, and then use the Youtube supplied HTML code to embed that video in your blog under "Edit html". Or, you can download the FLV to your hard drive, convert it to AVI, MPEG, QuickTime, Real, and Windows Media, which are accepted by blogspot, and then upload it to your blog with the "Video" tab in the menu under "Compose".

For the first way, it's easy. What you have to do is just to copy-paste the code to your blog html. For the second way, you can use some free applets to convert the FLV file to video. And there are a lot, if you search by Google. Well, I'm using FLV to Video Converter Pro, which costs a little bit money, but for a regular use, I think it's worthy anyhow.
